Purchasing a Property

Our fees for Property Purchases are:

Professional Fee $800.00 (Plus GST)

Disbursements (for properties without an Owners Corporation) $200.00 - $400.00

Disbursements for properties with an Owners Corporation $350.00 - $500.00

The average cost for a client purchasing a property is between $1,200.00 to $1,400.00 (plus GST).

Selling a Property

Our fees for Property Sales are:

Professional Fee $800.00 (Plus GST)

Disbursements (for properties without an Owners Corporation) $200.00 - $400.00

Disbursements for properties with an Owners Corporation $350.00 - $500.00

The average cost for a client selling a property is between $1,200.00 to $1,400.00 (plus GST).

Payment of Fees

All of our fees are paid on settlement.

We may request a small payment from our clients who are selling their property due to the cost of preparing the Sale documents.
